Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a product with defects, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan, with all associated shipping and customs charges covered by the customer. We conduct a thorough investigation upon receiving the defective product and proceed with a refund (very rare) or replacement at our discretion. Generally, we do not accept exchanges or refunds, except in cases of verified defects or exceptional circumstances.

Price & Content Information

While we endeavour to maintain accurate pricing and content information, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate content descriptions. In such cases, we will contact the customer for further instructions and may choose to cancel the order at our discretion.

Attire by Anam Faisal reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors.
• Correct content errors.
• Update product information.
• Modify specifications.
• Cancel orders containing incorrect pricing.

In the event of a pricing discrepancy, customers may be contacted prior to order processing.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

A significant portion of our products are customized or made-to-order.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Production begins after approval and payment.
• Customized garments cannot be resold.
• Production resources are allocated specifically to each order.

As a result, customized orders generally cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged after production has commenced.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification before accepting any order, and if cancelled, we will notify you.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of:

• Measurements
• Design references
• Fabric selections
• Color selections
• Shipping information
• Contact information

Attire by Anam Faisal shall not be responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by customers.

Delivery Charges

Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the goods' price, and customs duty and tax charges are payable to the courier company upon delivery.

Delivery Timelines

Attire by Anam Faisal is responsible for dispatching your order, but we cannot control any delays caused by our courier partners. If concerns arise after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly. As each item is made to order, delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur, and customers will be informed of any delays.

Custom/Duties/Taxes

When ordering from https://attirebyanamfaisal.com/ for delivery overseas, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for Customs clearance are the customer's responsibility. Customs policies vary, and cross-border deliveries are subject to inspection by Customs Authorities.

Care Instructions

All of our pieces are designed to be dry clean only. We strongly recommend that customers adhere to these care instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of the garment.

Please note that any damage caused by handwashing, machine washing, or any cleaning methods other than dry cleaning will not be covered under our returns or exchange policy. We will not be held liable for any deterioration, shrinkage, or damage resulting from improper care.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided through this site will be used in accordance with Attire by Anam Faisal's privacy policy.If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
